We believe that well-being comes from small, thoughtful choices. From products that stand the test of time. From materials that feel good to use. From moments when you can stop and take a deep breath.

Maallinen Design is a Finnish online store whose selection is united by naturalness, timelessness, and everyday well-being.

In our selection, you will find handmade and carefully chosen products for home, beauty care, and babies and children. Some products are made in my own small production, and some come from responsible operators whose values align with Maallinen Design's.

Whenever possible, I also utilize recycled and surplus materials so that quality materials can get a new life and not go to waste.

The goal is not to offer as many products as possible, but to find items for the selection that bring joy, practicality, and meaning to everyday life even after a long time.

That's why Maallinen Design's operations also include well-being services that offer an opportunity to pause for a moment to connect with oneself.

Energy treatments and coaching support recovery, relaxation, clarity, and strengthening one's own resources. Their purpose is to help find more balance and well-being based on one's own starting points.

Everyone's path is different, but the common wish is often the same: an everyday life that feels a little lighter, calmer, and more authentic.

Behind Maallinen Design is me, Johanna.

I am a mother of two, a sole entrepreneur, a crafter, and a companion interested in well-being.

I founded Maallinen Design because I wanted to build something that reflects my own values: naturalness, meaningfulness, responsibility, and a gentler way of living everyday life.

I love crafting, natural materials, and the feeling when a manufactured or carefully selected product finds its place as part of someone else's life. At the same time, it is important for me to genuinely connect with people and offer support on their own journey towards more balanced well-being.

I believe that small actions can have a big impact on how life feels.
